Daisies!
My friend, over at Obsessive Daydreamer, has opened my eyes to the beauty (& simplicity) of fresh, cut flowers in the home. It doesn’t need to be a special occasion – although, the hubby does a great job in that department – and, a quick look in the flower department at most grocery stores can result in some pretty great finds, even for under $10.
I think the thing I like most about daisies is that they are relatively inexpensive and last FOREVER as long as you remember to change/refresh the water – something I am not quite that great at remembering to do. I still have not perfected the art of making the flower arrangements look presentable, so if you have any tips…send them on over!
