While I’ve yet to comprehend the umpteenth law of thermodynamics that allows weekends to go by so quickly and weekdays to go by so s-l-o-w-l-y, I figured instead of starting the week off with my “Monday Grumpy Pants” on, why not focus on some thing – or things – I DO like?

At less than 200 calories, I think it’s become my ultimate “i-can’t-believe-everything-i-ate-this-weekend-but-i-still-want-something-yummy-after-i-clean-my-dinner-plate” Monday night dessert. It NEVER disappoints.
